What's Included

Ventilation & Moisture
Whole-property ventilation, moisture and damp inspection.
Pest Inspection
Visual check for pests during every visit.
Mail Handling
Mailbox emptied, mail placed inside or forwarded/opened on request.
Direct Contact
Phone contact for important matters or incidents.
WhatsApp Updates
Monthly WhatsApp report with findings from each inspection (Package 1).
